Looking for a RATIONAL oven pro in KL/Selangor

We’re getting a RATIONAL combi oven and I’m looking for someone who really knows how to maximise it, not just operate it.

Ideally someone with strong experience in:

• Bakery / pastry
• Basque cheesecake, breads, pastries, cakes
• High-volume production
• Mixed-load cooking
• Programming the RATIONAL properly
• iProductionManager / iCookingSuite
• Building efficient production schedules & SOPs

I’m looking for someone who can come into our kitchen, look at what we’re producing, and basically say:

“Here’s how we should use this machine to get the most output, consistency and labour efficiency.”

Could be a chef, consultant, trainer or someone who has spent years working with RATIONAL ovens.
