Pluto Communications Hiring! Full Time Senior Creative Designer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Pluto is a healthcare digital marketing agency working with hospital groups, pharma and animal health brands across Malaysia and Singapore. • Edit short-form video for Reels and TikTok, including doctor interviews, UGC and product content
• Create motion graphics: animated titles, transitions, kinetic text and simple explainer animations
• Adapt content for Malaysia and Singapore, and across formats
• Own creative quality: keep work on-brand, accurate and ready for client and medical approval
• Guide junior or freelance designers when needed

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of design experience, ideally at an agency, with a strong social media portfolio
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required), plus Illustrator and Photoshop
• A strong eye for short-form video: pacing, captions, sound and hooks
• Excellent attention to detail: correct text, product names and claims every time
• Able to manage several projects and turn around revisions quickly
• Healthcare, pharma or FMCG experience is a strong plus
