Selenight Pte Ltd Hiring! Hybrid Operations Assistant (Full-time-Part Time available) in - Ricebowl

Selenight Co, a local sleepwear and loungewear brand, is looking for a dedicated, organised and responsible Operations Assistant to be part of our team! This isn't a desk-bound support role - as part of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordination and stock movements across our pop-ups in Singapore, getting hands-on with inventory management, sourcing materials, and helping bring our events to life on the ground. This role is ideal for recent graduates, retail assistants, or anyone who has enjoyed the operations side of a business and prefers a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities:

• Stockist/Pop-ups updates and replenishment, including physical on-site visits
• Purchasing materials and supplies for day-to-day ops and pop-ups (local sourcing runs)
• Pop-up inventory management - stock prep, counting, organising
• On-site pop-up staffing, 1–2 weekends in November/December
• Ad-hoc operational/admin tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum commitment 3 months, paid hourly
• 2–3 days WFH for admin/coordination, remainder of week on-site/in-field for stockist visits and pop-up prep
• Physically capable of pop-up setup work - carrying stock, setting up displays, standing for extended periods during event days
• Inventory/stock management experience (counting, organising, reconciling against records)
• Reasonably organised and self-directed
• Retail or events experience is a plus, especially for representing the brand directly to customers on pop-up days

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
