About the Job

  • Execute end-to-end framework architecture and systems deployment for AML, CFT, and KYC regulatory compliance.

  • Lead core banking system modernization, transaction banking enhancements, payment infrastructure upgrades, and cross-border trading platform solutions.

  • Drive financial business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to streamline back-office operations and boost efficiency.

  • Integrate regulatory technology (RegTech) tools into existing banking ecosystems.

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise in financial compliance frameworks (AML/CFT/KYC) and RegTech software implementation.

  • Proven track record in core banking transformation, payment rails, and cross-border trade platforms.

  • Strong back-office process optimization (BPR) capabilities within the banking and financial services sector.

  • Demonstrated consulting experience at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level.
