Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Development Professional to drive growth of our online bookstore and expand our presence in the local and regional school sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and market share growth strategies to increase revenue
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
• Build and maintain partnerships with publishers, authors, and key stakeholders to support business objectives
• Lead sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement digital marketing strategies
• Enhance customer engagement and improve overall customer experience
• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage outreach programs by working closely with local and international schools to expand market presence
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Negotiate and build strong relationships with partners and clients to support business growth
