Responsibilities
• Manage inventory updates and initiate purchase order requests
• Reconciliation of invoices against inventory database
• Preparation and submission of invoices for approval and payment
• Preparation of month end accruals and accruals aging report
• Follow up on PO approvals and invoice payments status
• Manage stakeholder requests and queries
• Ensure no break in BAU services and processes
• Preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders
• Attend to ad-hoc requests or reports from stakeholders
• Team player, team contributor
• Maintain good relationship with internal team and stakeholders
• Multitasking ability, complete all tasks assigned timely and accurately
• Proactive to identify process gaps and/or propose potential process improvements
