Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, or related field.

3–5 years experience in leasing, business development, or B2B sales (F&B/retail preferred).

Strong negotiation and deal closing skills.

Ability to source leads and convert them into active tenants or partners.

Commercial mindset with good understanding of retail or F&B operations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to manage multiple outlets and priorities independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.

Source, engage, and secure F&B tenants across assigned locations.

Manage end-to-end leasing lifecycle including new tenancies, renewals, and re-leasing of existing units.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of F&B brands, operators, and business partners.

Lead lease negotiations for both new deals and renewals, including rental review and terms structuring.

Drive occupancy, rental revenue, and portfolio performance.

Plan and optimise tenant mix to improve footfall and sales performance.

Work closely with Operations on tenant onboarding and outlet setup.

Monitor tenant performance and proactively manage renewals and underperforming units.

Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and rental benchmarks.
