Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of credit principles, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment methodologies.

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial databases).

Experience with loan and credit administration processes, including documentation and compliance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.

Familiarity with accounts receivable management principles is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Assist in the evaluation of creditworthiness for potential borrowers by conducting thorough financial analysis and reviewing credit reports.

Support the credit team in managing and administering loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Prepare credit applications and supporting documentation for review by senior management and credit committees.

Monitor existing loan accounts for any signs of credit deterioration and assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with the sales and relationship management teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate credit solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit-related activities and transactions within the company's systems.

Participate in the collection and analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends and potential risks.

Contribute to the development and refinement of credit policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
