Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-set accounts.

Mandarin speaking and reading skills are preferred

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field.

Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, and accounting software such as Autocount, SQL.

Ability to manage multiple financial tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality.

Well-presented, professional, and willing to learn and develop new skills.

Experience in payroll will be an added advantage

Audit experience will be an added advantage

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage

Able to prepare full set account

Able to manage multiple accounts

Able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of assignments

Assist in preparing documents and schedules required for audit and tax filing purposes

Follow up on outstanding documents and accounting matters to ensure work is completed within the required timeline.

Able to assist with audit, tax, SST, e-Invoice, and other statutory or accounting matters.

Perform other accounting-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
