• 3+ years' experience in flooring installation, with supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of SPC/LVT/vinyl/laminate/engineered hardwood installation methods

• Own transport, willing to travel between project sites

• Able to lead a team and manage schedules

• Liaise with the project sales team and clients on installation progress

• Take photo, video of site & project progress.
