Agoh Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing smartphone business operating under SWAPPER, with 11 franchise retail shops across KL & Selangor and a team of 200+ employees. We are looking for a Sales Engagement Manager who doesn’t just know how to manage people, but knows how to build a business.

When sales are good, anyone can manage.
When sales are bad, can you turn the branch around?

Build the team. Create customers. Grow sales. Improve profit. Take ownership of the results.

You may join us as a Manager, but our goal is to develop the right person into a Company Business Partner within 2 years.

YOUR PATHWAY

Month 0–12 → Sales Engagement Manager
Learn to run the branch, build the team and drive business results.

Month 13–24 → Business Builder
Start thinking and operating like an entrepreneur, taking bigger responsibility for the business.

Month 25+ → Company Business Partner
Build, grow and take ownership of a bigger part of the business.

Target: Become a Company Business Partner within 2 years

Earning potential: RM20,000–RM40,000/month

• Lead and motivate the retail sales team

• Take full ownership of branch sales, profit and operational performance

• Coach team members in sales closing and customer engagement

• Manage team discipline, performance and target achievement

• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews

• Manage daily branch operations, stock, SOP and customer service

• Analyse market conditions, promotions, pricing and competitors

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability

• Report business performance and improvement plans to management

• Continuously improve yourself, your team and the business
