Dental Receptionist (Full-Time)

Lifestyle Dental | Taman Gaya & Taman Abad, Johor Bahru

Lifestyle Dental is expanding, and we’re looking for friendly, responsible and organised Dental Receptionists to join our growing team at our Taman Gaya and Taman Abad branches!

If you enjoy interacting with people, have a positive attitude and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you. No dental experience is required — training will be provided!

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and rescheduling.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries.
• Handle billing, payments and daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised reception area.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Age of 18-35 year old
• Friendly, polite and confident in communicating with patients.
• Responsible, punctual, well-organised and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
