Hiring: IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) – Singapore

Location: Suntec Tower, Temasek Boulevard, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Monthly Salary: USD 2,250 (All-Inclusive, excluding additional costs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 technical support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support.

Key Requirements:

- 6–8 years of corporate IT support experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure / Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Windows 10/11.
- Experience in desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong endpoint management and device provisioning skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills are mandatory.
- IT diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience supporting VVIP users or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Additional Preference: Non-smokers preferred.
