RESTAURANT SERVICE CAPTAINS (Full-Time)
With more than 500 outlets globally, one of the world largest Tonkatsu chain of restaurant is hiring,
5 Day Work Week!

Your Day-to-Day
Greet and welcome customers promptly (in Japanese) in a warm and friendly manner
Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by serving with a smile
Attention to detail and being proactive will be crucial to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience
Clearing of tables with service tray after customer finish their meal
Ensure food and beverages stock are stored in relation to our standard
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional way
Present menu and upsell both beverages and seasonal menu while taking food order
Communicates to your superior any difficulties, customer’s comments and other relevant information
What we need from you:
Minimum one (1) year of related experience in restaurant dining environment
Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset
Neat, professional, and ready to represent our restaurant.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
