We are looking for an events specialist assistant for a period of 2-3 weeks in the month of November 2026.

Your primary role will be to plan and execute corporate events, which include the following activities:

• Preparation of event-related materials and activities
• Sourcing and managing event day manpower and suppliers (including conducting staff briefings)
• Tech testing and site recee as part of event preparation
• Possibly liaising with clients on event day-related communication

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Highly motivated, open to exploring new ideas, and able to create professional and tailored event materials to suit the customer's needs and requirements.
• Strong team player with good time management skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands.

This is a 2-3 weeks contract position with the possibility of extension.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month
