Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. Lead employee performance management, training, and interdepartmental collaboration to optimize operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient work activities
Assign duties to employees and monitor their work performance to meet company standards
Coordinate daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor work quality and enforce adherence to company standards and procedures
Ensure employee compliance with workplace hygiene, safety, and operational requirements
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, staff attendance, and work progress
Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and oversee proper use of company resources
Provide guidance and training to employees to enhance work efficiency
Report operational issues and performance updates to management regularly
Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in implementing enhanced procedures
Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and properly maintained
