Job Description
Handle and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly accounts closing, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.
Perform accounting analysis and maintain detailed listing of Balance sheet schedules
reconciliation of inter-company balances.
Liaise with auditor. Preparation of audit schedules and financial statements
Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash
Co-ordinate with other departments on accounting issues.
Submission of Letter of Credit documents to bank.
Perform other ad-hoc or relevant duties when assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
At least 2 year of relevant work experience
Knowledge on Accounting SAP is an advantage
Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Able to start work in short notice
