Responsibilities
Job Description:
Lead and support product development initiatives across targeted industry verticals (e.g., retail, electronics, healthcare, FMCG).
Manage and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations), including solution design, pricing coordination, and proposal preparation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, finance, legal) to develop feasible and competitive logistics solutions.
Coordinate and monitor project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new service offerings.
Provide administrative support to the manager for ad hoc activities, tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirement:
Degree Holder or above in Logistics, supply chain or business management, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Experience on Food, Retail, eCommerce, Healthcare supply chain management or product development will be an advantage
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, strong negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
