Times Management Consultant Hiring! Full Time Procurement Associate (Korean speaker) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Support daily procurement activities, including purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and order tracking.
• Communicate with Korean- or Japanese-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and assist with price comparisons and negotiations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist with invoice verification and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and deliveries.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant procurement experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is required to communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
