Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, driving sales or service targets, and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage branch staff matters, including preparation of duty rosters, leave administration, attendance tracking, and ensuring adequate manpower coverage for daily operations.
Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting aesthetic products and services to customers
Provide professional analysis to recommend suitable aesthetic products and services based on customer needs
Deliver warm, sincere, and attentive customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Assist doctors during procedures by preparing equipment and supporting clinical tasks as needed
Perform front desk duties including checking in patients, answering calls, and managing appointment bookings efficiently
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies
Maintain sanitized and organized workstations and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
