Job Scope

• Handle technical questions and provide product information to customers and consultants.

• Assist the Sales Team with technical documents, product proposals, quotations and cost estimates.

• Support the Production Team on product specifications and technical requirements.

• Visit project sites to provide installation guidance, training and technical checks.

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate order processing.

• Assist in developing practical and cost-effective design solutions based on project requirements.

• Work with the Engineering Team to review designs and improve product solutions.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers.

• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
