A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects such as aviation, drainage, roads, bridges, and sewerage.

Responsibilities

Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects

Compile and submit tender documents

Source, assess and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission

Handle the finalization of project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Requirements

Minimum diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
