• Managing critical shipping documents, as well as preparing weekly or monthly reports for inbound and outbound parcels.
• Keying in shipping details, scanning barcodes of incoming and outgoing packages, and ensuring correct parcel weights are recorded.
• Monitoring the inventory system and, when necessary, assisting on the floor to arrange and sort parcels based on lorry delivery routes.
• Assisting walk-in customers with manual shipping, handling e-commerce drop-offs, and managing self-collect packages..
