Responsibilities

• Prepare Concept design, detailed design, tender design and issue for construction.
• Liaise and coordinate with client, other consultants, contractors in development and implementation of the project until completion and advice on technical matters.
• Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
• Prepare and vet drawings plan for submission to all Authorities.
• Attend site progress meeting and site technical issues.
• Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical System
• Assist on the tender for all prospective projects.
