Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong Murex / Trading Systems experience to join our banking client in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance testing of banking applications, particularly capital markets, treasury, trading platforms or Murex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute performance test strategies, plans and test scenarios for banking and trading applications.
• Perform load, stress, endurance, scalability and volume testing.
• Conduct performance testing for Murex or other trade processing and capital markets applications.
• Analyze application performance, response times, throughput, CPU, memory and database utilization.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, database and infrastructure layers.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, infrastructure and database teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Prepare performance test scripts, workload models and test data.
• Monitor and analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and share findings with stakeholders.
• Support performance testing during SIT, UAT and production readiness.
