Job Description Coordinate all import & export shipping operations to ensure timely shipments.

• Creating & handle full set of shipping documents for import & export operation such as bills of lading (BOL), customs forms, Invoice & packing lists and Certificate.
• Coordinate with forwarder/suppliers on shipment documents accurately
• Work closely with shipping agencies for all Custom related issues
• Collaborating with inventory management to ensure adequate stock.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to ensure that all items are received/delivered on item and correctly.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
