• Organized, detail-oriented and responsible.

• Good at documentation and task follow-up.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and AI tools.

• Able to communicate and coordinate with different departments.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Working Hour : 7HOUR (10-6pm)
Working Days : Mon-Sat ( Sat WFH FLEXIBLE )

• Prepare and manage Sales and Interior Design paperwork.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.

• Monitor and check the completion of daily departmental tasks.

• Prepare, organize and update departmental documentation.

• Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.

• Assist with HR documentation and employee records.

• Coordinate recruitment arrangements, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.

• Prepare internal memos, notices and company announcements.

• Use AI tools to summarize meeting discussions, key decisions and action items.

• Follow up with relevant team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.

• Provide general administrative and cross-department support when required.
