Position Overview
Position:Field ServiceEngineer
Industry: Semiconductor Test Equipment
Work Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia
Experience: 510 years of relevant experience
Target Candidates: Malaysian local candidates
Employment Arrangement: Initial employment through ** Korea, followed by formal re-contracting with the Malaysian entity after its establishment.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and monitor equipment performance.
Document maintenance activities, equipment faults, troubleshooting procedures, and corrective actions.
Analyze recurring equipment issues and recommend measures to improve equipment reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and other relevant teams to resolve technical issues.
Support equipment installation, setup, maintenance, and performance optimization as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
510 yearsof experience in maintenance engineering or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing semiconductor test equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify equipment faults and implement effective corrective actions.
Proficiency in documenting technical issues and maintenance activities.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting equipment installation, calibration, or performance improvement.
Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or testing environment.
