Job Description
Responsibilities
Dining Area Preparation and Setup
Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu.
Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments.
Customer Service and F&B Service
Usher customer to their table.
Present menus to customers，inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Cashiering and Closing Duties
Perform cashiering at times.
Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping.
Dishwashing when required.
Other Ad-hoc Duties
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
