Your new role
As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimising marketing performance through strategic execution, process improvement, and marketing technology expertise. You will manage and enhance marketing operations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and website platforms while ensuring seamless lead management, workflow automation, data integrity, and system integrations. You'll also support platform implementations, data migrations, process documentation, and mentor junior team members while driving adoption of new technologies and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Demandbase.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and MarTech ecosystems.
• Experience managing lead routing, platform integrations, process optimisation, and data migration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for learning new technologies, digital marketing systems, and continuous professional development.
