KN Group Hiring! Full Time Finance Lead – AIDC (AI Data Center) in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis & Decision Support

Lead financial analysis, valuation, and financial due diligence for greenfield, acquisition, and joint venture projects, providing the basis for investment decisions.

Build and continuously update full-lifecycle project financial models, assessing the impact of construction costs, power costs, delivery schedules, customer contracting, and financing terms on cash flow and investment returns.

Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to define project break-even conditions, funding requirements, and key risks, and provide actionable investment recommendations.

2. Construction-Phase Finance & Cost Management

Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and legal teams on the review of major procurement and construction contracts, with a focus on payment milestones, performance guarantees, change mechanisms, and financial risks.

Track contractual commitments, actual spend, project progress, and estimated costs to complete; identify cost overruns, delays, and funding gaps in a timely manner and drive corrective actions.

3. Regional Finance Framework & Team Building

Establish the finance organization, policies, processes, and systems, and clarify the financial responsibilities of the headquarters, regional platform, and project companies.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audit, and tax management for local entities to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.

Coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors to support cross-border investment structures, joint venture arrangements, and related-party transaction management.

Establish internal controls and a delegation of authority framework appropriate to the business development stage; recruit, develop, and manage the regional finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience in data centers, infrastructure, or other large capital-intensive industries.

Able to be based in Singapore and travel to Southeast Asian countries as required by projects.
