About the Role

Join a premium Swiss luxury skincare and beauty brand specialising in high-performance skincare and holistic beauty. We are looking for a Beauty Consultant who enjoys customer engagement, skincare consultations and delivering personalised service in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised skincare consultations, product recommendations and product demonstrations based on customers’ needs.

• Drive sales performance by engaging customers, recommending suitable products and working towards sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and customer relationship management (CRM).

• Maintain high standards of counter presentation, visual merchandising and stock accuracy.

• Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Support promotional events, VIP activations and brand activities to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in beauty retail, skincare, cosmetics or customer service is an advantage.

• Passion for skincare, beauty and customer consultation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple reporting.

• Willingness to learn product knowledge and develop skincare consultation skills.
