We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, handling different tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Explain and promote company packages, products, and service to customers
• Provide after-sales service and follow up with customers to ensure a good customers experience
• Handle customer account inquiries, including account status, payments, packages, and related matters
• Monitor and follow up on customer property listing performance
• Maintain, update, and organize customer records, company documents, and other important information
• Liaise with customers and provide clear explanations or basic support for their inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification and above
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other languages are an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Computer literate and comfortable using online systems and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a related role is an added advantage
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel when required
