DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Product

• Act as the system solution provider for the regional payroll product
• Analyse and test payroll product functionality reported by local and regional teams, and advise whether a change request to the system is required
• Conduct business process analysis and propose system solutions for enhancement, customization or new functionality requests from local and regional teams
• Understand the employment and statutory regulations of the payroll countries and ensure the system aligns with them
• Raise change requests when discrepancies are found between the payroll system and country regulations
• Write clear Payroll Functional Specifications that all parties can follow, including the Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams
• Take ownership of deliverables and meet deadlines and work demands
• Ensure assigned key performance indicators are met
• Take on additional responsibilities as required

2.Interaction with Other Departments

• Work with Project Management, Service Delivery and Support teams on enhancement, customisation and new functionality requests for the payroll products
• Work with Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams on payroll product requests raised by local and regional teams, where applicable

3.Others

• Participate in Quality Action initiatives for the regional payroll products
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience with HRMS or payroll products (required)
• Regional payroll experience in implementation, support and/or system testing (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in payroll product analysis, solution design, testing, and writing Payroll Functional Specifications
• Basic SQL skills
• Proactive, shows initiative, and takes personal accountability for meeting work demands
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
