FASHION & BATIK Production Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven person to join our growing team!

This role sits at the heart of our business to bridge the creativity side and execution. Ensuring our collections are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production planning and timelines, ensuring all collections and restocks are delivered on schedule
• Work closely with the team to align production plans with product strategy
• Oversee budgeting and cost management, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining quality
• Monitor and uphold strict quality control standards across all products
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, artisans, and production partners
• Coordinate seamlessly between retail (storefront) and production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively improve workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A keen eye for artisanal crafts, detail and quality
• Comfortable working with numbers, costing, and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in fashion, textiles, or production (batik knowledge is a plus)
• A collaborative mindset — someone who thrives working across both creative and operational teams
