JDA WMS Hiring! Full Time Noise - Vibration Engineer (MNC Consultancy) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm seeking a Noise & Vibration Engineer to join its team in Malaysia. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and the wider Southeast Asia region, including Indonesia and Vietnam.

The team welcomes candidates with experience in any acoustics specialisation, including environmental acoustics, building acoustics, industrial acoustics, architectural acoustics and other related fields. Mechanical Engineers with a strong interest in transitioning into the acoustics field are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist acoustics design advice and technical input across a variety of projects.
• Coordinate project delivery to ensure quality, timelines, and commercial objectives are met.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, proposals, presentations and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams to develop integrated project solutions.
• Support client engagement, business development and marketing initiatives to expand acoustics services across the region.
• Contribute to the development of technical capabilities and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline, such as Acoustics, Physics, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience or knowledge in acoustics, including environmental, building, industrial or other acoustics-related disciplines.
• Experience in acoustics consulting, design, assessment, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
