JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Account Executive who will handling for China Accounts to join our Finance & Accounts team. This position will mainly handle full set accounting and China clients matters, including general accounting functions and day-to-day accounting operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
• Handle local accounting and finance matters.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare financial and management reports.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors when required.
• Assist with taxation and statutory compliance matters.
• Check and process company-related claims and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR and GL is preferred.
• Experience handling full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working days and hours:

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
