Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Accredited Cargo Line’s logistics and freight forwarding services. Daily activities include conducting sales outreach, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives such as campaigns, digital outreach, and events, as well as gathering market insights and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies. The representative will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide responsive customer service and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving.
• Experience in Sales, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Background in Sales & Marketing, with exposure to campaign support, promotional activities, and basic market analysis.
• Experience in Training clients or teammates on service offerings or processes is an advantage.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
