MFAS Resources Hiring! Full Time Barista-All Rounder in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Make orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages as per SOP
• Serve beverages and prepared desserts
• Handle beverage and dessert inventory
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and
• Recommend new menu items or promotional item to increase sales

Experiences and Qualification:

• Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification
• Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit
• Proficient in Bahasa and English language
• Excellent personal skills with a friendly attitude
• Great communication skills and approachable manner
• Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
• 1 year+ working experience as Barista
