Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing electrical installation works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel on project requirements and technical matters.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, work progress, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and relevant electrical standards.
Monitor project schedules and ensure work progress meets the required milestones and completion dates.
Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and site resource management.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, project quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Attend project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
