A Singapore-based consulting company is building out a small launch team. They help founders of online communities (finance and education) turn a large audience into a real, growing business. AI runs most of their day-to-day;

Owns the full lead engine across all client brands: organic content and paid campaigns under one roof.

- Helicopter view: acquisition to activation for the whole portfolio, every lead tracked to source

- Organic: content calendars, shoot days, livestreams; their AI studio does the cutting and scheduling

- Paid: brief, test, read the numbers, scale winners, kill losers — in writing

- Directs freelance editors and an ads agency; keeps everything compliance-clean

Fit: manager-level · 4+ yrs growth/performance marketing across organic + paid · has owned a cost-per-lead number · has used AI content or ad tools · experiment-driven, creative with data

Both roles are full-time, immediate placement.
