Job Description :

· Develop/Coordinate production plans in alignment with sales order specifications

· Collaborate with the production department to oversee the adherence to production schedules, ensuring timely completion.

· Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.

· Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and components for production

· Ensure the hygiene standards of the designated section in compliance with all in-house and Food Hygiene related laws and regulations of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

· Manage all purchase activities to ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and budgetary constraints

· Communicate and prepare periodic reports to headquarters.

Requirements :

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing industry

· Strong analytical, planning, interpersonal, communications and organizational skills

· Able to achieve production targets within set timeframe

· Strong management and leadership skills.
