Job Description

• Lead visual style definition for Monee and its sub-brands, building a clean, trustworthy, and iconic brand identity
• Establish, maintain, and iterate on brand and marketing design guidelines to keep our visual language aligned with industry trends, and drive the building of an AI-native visual asset library
• Own creative design for critical strategic marketing campaigns, delivering thoughtful, aesthetically superior, and high-converting visual assets
• Develop AI-driven design workflows, explore emerging AI tools, and advocate AI adoption across the visual design team
• Communicate directly with executive leadership and collaborate seamlessly with product designers, local teams, engineers, business units, and marketing teams to ensure flawless design implementation
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional visual design experience, with provision of design portfolio
• High aesthetic standards with a keen eye for visual design trends, alongside strong cultural curiosity and sensitivity to global markets
• Expertise in Brand Visual Design, Graphic Design, and AIGC, with Motion Design skills as a major plus
• Familiarity with Figma and mainstream AI tools
• Ability to connect design with business goals through structured thinking, articulate design rationales clearly, and manage complex, multi-team projects simultaneously
