Sales Promoter – Home Appliances & ElectricalPosition Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team. The successful candidate will represent the assigned brand, introduce products to customers, provide helpful purchasing advice, and support the achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote home appliances and electrical products to customers visiting the outlet.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products that suit their requirements.
• Explain product features, technical specifications, pricing, warranty terms, and ongoing promotions.
• Demonstrate product functions and assist customers in comparing different models.
• Use effective selling techniques to encourage purchases and achieve sales targets.
• Track individual sales performance and work consistently towards assigned goals.
• Keep product displays organised and ensure promotional materials are properly maintained.
• Liaise with outlet staff regarding stock levels, product placement, and replenishment.
• Stay informed about competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Report sales performance, customer comments, and outlet-related concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or product promotion is an advantage.
• Comfortable approaching customers and building positive customer relationships.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in home appliances, consumer electronics, or electrical products.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in carrying out daily responsibilities.
• Able to manage tasks independently and work effectively with outlet personnel.
