• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out on-site repairs when required.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide timely technical support.
• Replace faulty components, toner cartridges, and other printer consumables.
• Guide customers on the proper operation and maintenance of printing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service delivery.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
