Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in administration, licensing, IT support or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good communication, coordination and organizational skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

Good problem-solving skills, especially in handling administrative and maintenance-related matters

Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments, facility personnel, external vendors and relevant authoritie

Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, filing and record management

Prepare and maintain administrative documents and correspondence

Assist with license applications, renewals and related documentation

Monitor license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals

Follow up on licensing and compliance matters with relevant authorities

Assist with basic IT-related issues, system updates and troubleshooting

Coordinate with the IT team or external vendors to resolve IT problems

Coordinate building maintenance and repair works with the Facility Team

Follow up on maintenance issues involving air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, cleaning and security

Ensure maintenance requests are attended to and completed in a timely manner
