• < 2 years of testing experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; internships and final-year projects count.  
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
• Can read code in TypeScript, JavaScript or Go and write basic SQL. 
• Detail-oriented, patient and curious. You take ownership of what you test. 
• Some exposure to Playwright or another automation framework, and to API tools like Postman.  
• Has used AI coding tools and can tell when their output is wrong. 
• Enjoys breaking things and can explain a bug clearly in writing. 
• Comfortable starting with incomplete requirements. 
• Nice to have: Appium or mobile testing, CI pipelines, performance testing.
•  English is our working language. Mandarin is a bonus.  

Golog started in cold chain logistics in 2018. Today we’re building the technology behind a wider supply chain ecosystem in Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV). That includes a large-scale cold chain warehouse, an International Logistics Hub, trading, freight forwarding and domestic logistics. These businesses are being built now, and the platforms are being built alongside them. 

Golog Technology is the group's in-house tech startup, building the platforms that support this ecosystem. You’ll join early, while the foundations, standards and team are still being shaped. You’ll be part of the engineering team, working across product streams.  

What You're Responsible For 

• Test features end to end across web and mobile, from reading requirements to sign-off, working with software engineers and product builders (product/design hybrids). 
• Spot gaps and ambiguities in requirements before build starts, and ask the awkward questions early. 
• Write clear, reusable test cases covering functional, regression, API and integration paths. 
• Build and maintain automated tests in Playwright, starting with the flows that break most often. 
• Log defects so an engineer can reproduce them first time, and follow them to closure. 
• Support UAT with operations teams, and help test hotfixes when production issues come up. 
• Keep test documentation current so anyone can pick it up.
