Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and scalability assessment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, analyzing application behavior under varying workloads, and ensuring system stability and reliability.

Key Respondibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for web applications, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance Testing, and Volume Testing.
• Develop and maintain performance test scenarios using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Analyze application response times, throughput, server utilization, CPU, memory, and database performance.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis to improve application performance.
• Conduct API performance testing and validate system behavior under concurrent user loads.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and QA teams to resolve performance-related issues.
• Monitor application performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.
• Prepare performance test plans, test strategies, execution reports, and recommendations.
• Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and non-functional testing standards.
• Support performance testing during SIT, UAT, pre-production, and production readiness activities.
• Provide recommendations for application tuning, scalability, capacity planning, and optimization.

Skills Required

1. Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, including scripting, scenario design, test execution and result analysis.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance testing, with proven experience managing end-to-end performance testing activities.
3. Hands-on experience with LoadRunner (scripting, scenario design, test execution, result analysis)
4. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Dynatrace, PerfMon or equivalent tools.
5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
6. Good understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance and spike testing.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with project stakeholders.
