JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, compare different models, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Keep up to date with new car models, promotions, inventory, and automotive trends.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for customer delivery.
• Assist with used car inspections, loan applications, and financing documents.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain the car features, warranty, and necessary paperwork.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow up with customers and work towards achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate well with customers and provide good customer service.
• Confident in sales, negotiation, and persuading customers.
• Able to meet sales targets and work well in a team.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of car brands, models, and vehicle features.
• Responsible, organized, and good at managing time.
• Possess a valid Class B2 and Class D driving licence.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
