Job Summary

The Chef de Cuisine leads daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management, to deliver high-quality culinary experiences while ensuring sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan menus based on market trends and seasonal ingredient availability to attract and satisfy customers
• Order and manage inventory of food and supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency and minimize waste
• Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff by scheduling shifts and providing training to enhance team performance
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality to meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and create new dishes and menus that align with brand identity
• Monitor industry trends and culinary techniques to continuously improve kitchen offerings and operations
